一般功能:  To assist in a wide variety of general clerical duties (data entry, 复制, 申请, 扫描), execute procedures relating to the Learning Center and its services to students, 教师, 以及普通大众.

职位要求:  The ability to work independently and as a team player, the ability to work with Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheet and database software, use of standard office equipment such as multi-line telephone and network printer.

职责:  Perform all general duties and duties assigned by supervisors or department heads in an efficient and timely manner. Conduct excellent customer service to all who seek our assistance at all times. Conduct presentation of department services at student orientations/events.

  • Communicate with 教师 on a weekly basis.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of targeted courses.
  • Good leadership and mentoring skills.

  • Ability to work with students at various academic levels and needs.
  • Hours of work per week may vary: 5-15, dependent on need and funding.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of targeted courses (Biology, 化学, 大学代数, Pre-Calculus or Contemporary Mathematics, 西班牙语, 美国手语, 会计).
  • Good leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Good interpersonal communications skills and ease in relating to people of varying educational, 文化, 以及社会背景.

  • Good level of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality.

  • Schedule appointment times for students who are part of ACE program

  • Model appropriate strategies for students based on their specific needs.
